Cruise on over to the Lowe Family Reunion
(July 8th, 9th and 10th 2011)
Twist and Shout! It’s time again for our annual Lowe family Reunion! So, swivel
those hips, grease back that hair and get ready to celebrate the decade that
changed us all. The Fabulous Fifties!!
Friday July 8th
Campground opens at 2pm so get here early and set up camp.
Sign up for Horseshoes and let the tournament begin!
Bingo
7:00-8:30 pm- Cruise on over to the Lowe Family Diner for some
Good Old Fashion Food. Prices are as follows:
$3.00 per child (ages 7 and under)
$3.50 per person (ages 8 and up)
$17.00 per family (living in same household)
Please remember that all money goes toward funding
next year’s reunion so please be generous!
At Dusk come gather around the campfire and listen to an
Old Time Radio Mystery with Campfire Singing to follow.
Time to nod off to sleep.
Saturday July 9th
8:00-9:30 am- Come on back to the Lowe Family Diner and enjoy breakfast.
Prices are the same as dinner.
Horseshoes will begin right after breakfast and go all day.
9:30-10:30 am- Bingo
11:00 am-1:00 pm- Games
2:00-3:30 pm- Pot Luck Lunch.
Bring your own main dish and a Pot Luck Dish to share.
Following Lunch, bring your raffle items to the tables to be admired by all!
Please remember that this is the main source of funding for next year’s reunion
so please be generous with your donations!
Also following lunch, remember to sign up for the talent show! We have many
talented family members and we all enjoy when they share those talents!! Please
let Cody Nielsen know if you would like to participate.
Come dressed in your hip 50’s attire. Prizes will be given to the best dressed!
Dinner tonight is on your own
All you cool cats slide on down to the sock hop and learn some hip 50’s dance
moves!
At dusk- Bring your blankets and or chairs and join us at the Drive-In Movie.
Popcorn will be provided!
Time again to get some shut eye.
Sunday July 10th
Breakfast is on your own
9:00-10:00 am- Last chance for Bingo
Check out time is 1:00 pm. Let’s all remember to leave our
Personal Campgrounds as well as the Main Campground clean!
Travel Home Safely!! See you next
year!!!!

Directions to Whiting Campground
From I-15, take the south Springville exit. Continue 2 miles to the intersection
of Main Street and 400 south. Turn south on to main street staying in the right
lane toward highway 89/Price. Continue to Maple Street. Turn left on to Maple
and follow it to Mapleton Main Street. Turn North on Main St and follow to 400
north. Turn East on 400 North and follow the road straight to Whiting
Campground.
